I'm Jacobus Daniel Marais, a Brisbane based visual artist, working primarily in acrylic, pen and ink, watercolours, digital stuff and a few other things too. 
The 'other things' include making belts and bracelets on occasion, sitting on the veranda, thinking, writing stories about a universe where the world is an a giant Oyster, creating strange visual elements by taking pictures and then doing weird things to these poor jpg files... I also write Junkfood Poetry, and really enjoy writing these nonsensical verses and idea expressors, It's nice.
